I grew up living in Africa and came back to England in the early 1990's to further my education and I currently live in Steeton, Yorkshire.

I am currently self-employed as a writer and content creator running several of my own websites, newsletters and social media channels as well as being a published author.

I also host and manage other websites for some small businesses locally. You can see some of the sites I have built and host here. 

I have been building, hosting and writing for my own websites for more than 20 years now and can write on a considerable number of topics if needed. My main website gets between 100K and 200K visitors a month.

My articles always start with keyword and entity research and an analysis of searcher intent before I begin writing. 

I also like to do a hashtag search search on social media channels so as to make sure I am acquainted with any trending or popular topics or misconceptions in the public interest or understanding.

I am familiar with SEO principles and make regular use of some SEO tools when crafting my own website copy.  I use AI tools on a daily basis for planning, research and to clarify user intent. 

I use a variety of Operating systems and Content management systems in my day to day work including Windows, Linux, Drupal and WordPress.
